How does it work?
The Soprano technology uses a handheld applicator to target a beam of high intensity near-infrared light that deeply penetrates the skin tissue. This light works to heat the water content found in your skin to stimulate the collagen, making it tighten. It also promotes the production of new collagen in the skin, further tightening and improving the appearance of your skin.
After multiple treatments spaced over several months, you can expect your skin to appear firmer, youthful and more radiant.
Your treatment plan can vary depending on the area and condition of the skin. Typically, we recommend a course consisting of 6 treatments spaced 2-3 weeks apart to help you achieve your desired results.
You will be able to see an immediate improvement to the skin post treatment. Optimal results will gradually develop over 1-3 months after treatment, where the NIR has helped new collagen to form and revitalise the skin.
We recommend a NIR facial every 6-8 weeks to maintain optimal results.
You will find the treatment virtually pain-free. During the procedure, you will feel a warm sensation from the applicator. However, a lot of patients find this relaxing!
It is typical to experience lingering warmth, swelling, redness or tightness in the treated area. You can expect this to fade within a couple of hours after treatment. The procedure itself is very safe and you can expect to return to your normal routine immediately after treatment.

How can I book a consultation?
Use our online booking system to schedule your consultation slot. Please be aware that we charge a £50 deposit for all consultations and appointments across the entire range of treatments we offer. Your deposit will be deducted from your treatment fee.
If you are an existing client requiring a top-up treatment or a post treatment review, your consultation is free. If your booking request is not classified as an existing client for a “top up” or “post treatment review”, unfortunately the appointment will be automatically cancelled or simply changed into a consultation booking.
The £50 deposit can be carried forwards towards a future appointment, as long as 72 hours’ notice is given.
Appointment cancellations are only accepted with 72 hours’ notice. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be moved to another booking.
