Minimum age of 18 or older is required for any laser treatments.
We require fake tan to be removed 24 hours before the patch test.
Treatment is not suitable immediately after sun exposure. Two weeks must be allowed following sun exposure to safely complete a patch test.
Before treatment a patch test is required. There will be no treatment carried out without a patch test and without prior shaving of the areas to be treated.
We welcome both female and male clientele.
Contraindications for laser treatment are as follows:
The laser is not suitable for white, grey and ginger hair.
The appointments are non-refundable but exceptional circumstances might be considered.
All patients that booked a treatment without having a consultation first, will not be entitled to have any treatments. In this circumstance, the appointment will be automatically cancelled. Before incepting a treatment, we mandatorily require a consultation. This is driven by our focus in prioritizing patient’s safety. No appointment slot should go wasted when perhaps another patient may be looking to make a booking
Non-refundable policy for all treatments at a full price that do not meet the criteria of “exceptional circumstances”.
Scenarios where treatments are refundable, under exceptional circumstances include sickness, natural disasters, accidents, moving to another country, exile from the country.
Scenarios where treatments are non-refundable: sale prices, special offers, super deals and treatments which have been consumed.
Scenarios that are refundable under exceptional circumstances apply for non-consumed treatments and will result in the client having a credit redeemable against full price treatment in beauty, laser or other services that we are offering.
Strict non-refundable policy for all consumed treatments and appointments.
The deposit of £50 is strictly non-refundable but it will be deducted from the overall treatment fee.
We have a 72 hours’ notice policy in regards to cancellations of appointments. The appointments may be moved to another date as long as notice is given 72 hours in advance, but the appointment cannot be cancelled.
If you have forgotten to attend your appointment for a consultation or for any treatment, a £50 fee will be automatically charged.
The £50 deposit will not be refunded if you have forgotten to attend your appointment.
