Our procedures have different duration appointments:

• Skin Care requires a 60 minute appointment.
• Laser Hair Removal requires a 30 minute appointment.
• Injectable treatments require a 45 minute appointment.

If you are booking for the first time, we ask that you do not book more than 1 appointment. We mandatorily require that all new clients have a consultation prior to booking any treatment. Having a consultation is critical in determining the patient suitability to treatment. If you had the consultation and you are going to have injectables, in this specific case you can complete the consultation and treatment on the very same day. This scenario is not applicable to other treatment verticals: laser hair removal, peels, microneedling and other skin treatments.

Every appointment for NEW treatments where you haven’t had a consultation will require a new consultation and a £50 deposit for booking. This deposit will be deducted from the treatment fee. This is applicable for all new and existing clients.

Deposits non-refundable but they can be carried over for a booking at a later date if 2 weeks notice is given. Deposits can be used toward one procedure.

We ask that you do not use the Pay Your Deposit option until you have found a date and time that will work for you. For post procedure review, or top-ups and ongoing treatment cycles for existing patients, a deposit is not required. You will be informed clearly if you do not require to submit a deposit.

Any available times and dates on our online booking system will be able to be selected. If you cannot select a day or time, these have already been booked or have not yet been released for booking. Clinic availability is released for booking 4-6 weeks ahead of clinic opening.
