From the 25th May 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GPPR) came into effect, changing the law surrounding requests for your clinical records. This includes any photography taken before and after your treatment. All information we hold about you is available on request and free of charge. 

The law also adds a greater responsibility for us to protect your data and personal information. As a result, Pearl Aesthetics have reviewed the process for ‘Subject Access Requests’.

Pearl Aesthetics is a well-respected clinic and your privacy & confidentiality is of a high priority to us. As we treat a number of patients, we wish to reassure you that your data and images will not be released to anyone but yourself. 

To ensure this is in line with the GDPR guidelines, we ask that you complete the attached request for information form. We ask that you please sign and return this form to us by recorded delivery, with a certified copy of 2 forms of ID.
