Mesotherapy is a treatment technique that combines vitamins, enzymes, hormones, and plant extracts and is injected into the skin to revitalise, tighten the skin, and remove excess fat.
The cosmetic treatment involves a series of micro-injections of hyaluronic acid and vitamins targeted in the middle layer of the facial skin. The treatment is FDA approved and to give your skin an extra boost, we are also offering NIR therapy alongside mesotherapy.

How does it work?
Mesotherapy is a simple and fast treatment which uses injections to boost the appearance of the skin. We use a hand-held device with a microscopic needle that applies the hyaluronic acid and the combination of vitamins and minerals under the surface of skin. Treatment takes as little as 30 minutes, resulting in an improvement of skin elasticity, skin hydrations and maintenance of skin tone.
Mesotherapy can be used anywhere on the face and body. It can be used to effectively treat pigmentation or cellulite issues.

Depending on your skin type, condition and area being treated, you can expect results of improved tone and firmness to last around 6-12 months. You can expect to see an improvement in the skin immediately after treatment, with optimal results after 3-10 days. We typically recommend a course of 3 treatments to help achieve your desired results.
After your consultation, your nurse prescriber will formulate a tailored injection full of nutrients for your skin including hyaluronic acid, minerals, vitamins and FDA-approved pharmaceuticals. The bespoke injection is then applied through the hand-held device which reaches the lower layer of the skin.
The treatment is pain-free and lasts around 30 minutes. Depending on the tailored blend of nutrients used, the treatment can help stimulate collagen, rejuvenate the skin, stimulate elastin production, breakdown fat cells or stimulate hair re-growth.

Mesotherapy is not recommended during pregnancy, breast feeding or individuals under 18. Certain medications could interact with the treatment, this will be covered fully in your consultation, please bring a list of your current medications.
Every patient’s experience of pain is different, however, we will try our best to make the treatment as comfortable as possible for you. Bruising around the injection site is possible but only a small percentage of patients develop small bruising. If bruising occurs, it is usually apparent at day 2-3 and will typically resolve over 5-10 days.
Other possible side effects include swelling or puffiness, mild irritation and bruising around the eyes. This bruising is very common as the under-eye area has lots of small blood vessels.
You may notice some bruising for 2-3 days. Providing the right aftercare, you will be ready go back to normal routine just after your treatment session with an instant skin glow. Some patients display localised redness and possible minor swelling with potential soreness after the treatment. This fades within a few days.
Mesotherapy is a great treatment. In terms of downtime the patients can experience mild to moderate redness, swelling or skin sensitivity to touch for up to 3 days.
As the injections are viewed as medical treatment, they should be performed by a qualified professional in a medical environment. 1-3 sessions. For best results 3 sessions are recommended.
The results can be seen immediately. However, after 3-10 days the skin will appear dramatically improved.
The improved tone and firmness will be last around 6-12 months depending on the area treated, the patient’s skin type and conditions.
Avoid significant movement, massage of the treated area and strenuous exercises for 24 hours. Refrain from consuming excessive amount of alcohol or salt to avoid swelling.

How can I book a consultation?
Use our online booking system to schedule your consultation slot. Please be aware that we charge a £50 deposit for all consultations and appointments across the entire range of treatments we offer. Your deposit will be deducted from your treatment fee.
If you are an existing client requiring a top-up treatment or a post treatment review, your consultation is free. If your booking request is not classified as an existing client for a “top up” or “post treatment review”, unfortunately the appointment will be automatically cancelled or simply changed into a consultation booking.
The £50 deposit can be carried forwards towards a future appointment, as long as 72 hours’ notice is given.
Appointment cancellations are only accepted with 72 hours’ notice. The deposit is non-refundable, but it can be moved to another booking.
